FEATURES

A and B are the battery contacts in the hygrometer.  A should contact the bottom of the battery and B should contact the side of the battery. If there is no readout on the display, make sure B is touching the side and is not flatten like A.  If B is flattened, sticking out, or looks damaged, you will need to replace the hygrometer.

OPERATION

TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY MEASURE
This unit will measure the temperature and humidity continuously unless the user is setting the internal clock. temperature will be displayed in °C or °F unit. Measuring unit can be selected by switching the °C/°F slide switch at the back of the unit.

DISPLAY
1. Temperature and Humidity reading show on the left and right side of the display respectively. User can view the maximum and minimum temperature/humidity records by pressing RECALL key. If the current temperature is above or below the measurable range, the HHH or LLL will be shown.
2. When user is setting the internal clock, the display show time with Hour digits at left whiles Minute digits show at right.
3. COMFORT icon will display when 70% > Humidity > 40% and 25 °C > TEMP > 20 °C.
4. DRY icon will display when Humidity < 40%; WET icon will display when Humidity > 70%

RECALL MAXIMUM AND MINIMUM TEMPERATURE/HUMIDITY RECORDS
User can recall the maximum and minimum temperature/humidity records by pressing the RECALL key. To recall them, user can follow these steps:

1. When the current temperature/humidity is displaying, Press the RECALL key to view the maximum temperature /humidity record. Press RESET key to reset the record.
2. Press the RECALL key again to view the minimum temperature/humidity. Press RESET key to reset the record.
3. Press the RECALL key again to resume the current temperature/humidity display mode.

DAILY MAXIMUM AND MINIMUM TEMPERATURE/HUMIDITY RECORDS
This function guaranteed the maximum and minimum temperature/humidity records are measured within the current day. If user concern the maximum and minimum temperature/humidity of the current day, he/she could enable the function by setting the DAILY slide switch to ON POSITION . The maximum and minimum temperature/humidity records will be reset to the current temperature/humidity at 0:00 everyday. There is an internal clock for this function, User can set the internal clock by following these step:

1. When current temperature/humidity are displayed. Press the Clk Set key for about 2 seconds, then the unit change to time display mode with Hour digits blinking.
2. Press INC key to adjust the Hour digits or press and hold the key to advance digits continuously
3. Press the Clk Set key again, Minute digits blinks
4. Press INC key to adjust minute digits or press and hold the key to advance digits continuously 5 per steps.
5. Exit the setting mode by pressing the Clk Set key again or it exit automatically if no key is pressed for 1-2 minute(s).
