Prometheus introduced its first collection of the Platinum Series humidors in 1996.  Since then, Prometheus has become the leader of the world's humidor industry.
   
The Prometheus Platinum Series humidors are made in France by its master artisans of wooden boxes and cabinets.  Our master artisans select the finest and most exotic veneers for the outside, and carefully construct the inside for the best controlled-environment for cigars.

For our new collection, we have applied shiny lacquer finish, and attached shiny nickel-plated brass feet and logo plate for stylish, modern look. We have also used jumbo hinges for the solid opening and closing of the humidor lid.
   
Prometheus Platinum Series Humidors are equipped with the Prometheus Optima humidifier (made in France) and digital hygrometer/thermometer.
   
The Prometheus Platinum Series humidors are lined with the mahogany veneer inside. Unlike Spanish Cedar, mahogany does not bleed sap.
