200 Prometheus Millennium Limited Edition Humidors for Fuente Fuente OpusX were produced in 1999: 80 Red Madrona, 60 Yellow Eye Maple and 60 Macassar Ebony. Each humidor (MSRP $5,000) was serial-numbered and came with a certificate of authenticity.

One of the Red Madrona FFOX humidors was produced in the storage capacity of 400 cigars, and came with the thirteen different sizes of Fuente Fuente OpusX (13 boxes and a total of 422 cigars). This humidor with 422 FFOX cigars was auctioned off for a children charity at Christie's East in New York.

The remaining 199 humidors, which were produced in the storage capacity of 300 cigars, came with 100 FFOX cigars in assorted sizes.

The Red Madrona FFOX humidor, which was produced in the storage capacity of 400 cigars, came with the following FFOX cigars and was auctioned at Christie's East in New York to benefit St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital on December 17, 1999 (Friday).

The other 199 humidors in 300 cigar capacity (79 Red Madrona, 60 Yellow Eye Maple and 60 Macassar Ebony) came with 100 FFOX cigars. 50 FFOX cigars were shipped with each humidor to the authorized Prometheus dealers in October 1999. The second 50 FFOX cigars were shipped to the authorized Prometheus dealers in December 1999. The second batch of 50 FFOX cigars was personally chosen by Carlos Fuente, Jr. for the celebration of the Millennium and was shipped to dealers in time for the Christmas of 1999.

The humidors are equipped with:
