Prometheus engineers have developed revolutionary, removable gas tank lighters. The refillable gas tank of Prometheus Magma II lighter can be easily removed from the body of the lighter, and reattached without using any tool.  You can carry spare gas tanks and will never run out of gas.  You can also carry Magma II lighter aboard an aircraft after removing the gas tank (see the detailed information below).  
   
On August 4, 2007, the U.S. Transportation Security Administration announced that it would "no longer ban common lighters in carry-on luggage." However, torch lighters still "remain banned in carry-ons." Press Release by U.S. Transportation Security Administration on July 20, 2007.

1) PERFECT FOR TRAVEL  Before going through the security check point at the U.S. airports, passengers can dispose the gas tank of Prometheus Magma II lighter, and carry the body of the lighter aboard an aircraft. Upon arrival at the final destination, passengers can attach a new gas tank and start using Magma II lighter.
