Repair Work Done on Your Prometheus Lighter

Prometheus Service Center encloses a repair card when it returns your serviced lighter back to you. This repair card lists the repair work performed on your Prometheus lighter.
  

Warranty Status Inquiry

To check the status of your lighter repair, please fill out the below form.  Please enter your name, e-mail, and address which you sent us with your lighter.

Please submit your status inquiry if it has been more than 30 DAYS since you sent your lighter to Prometheus Service Center. The normal turn-around time for the warranty repair service is about 30 days.
